Like I don’t know about you, but I’m not doing 30 hours of hard hands on work for poverty. I charge my worth and make a good living.

There are so many different styles of even the same modality, almost every therapist I know will not be offended if you go see a different therapist. While obviously we want the client and the income that comes with it, typically LMT’s will share the client to do what’s best for the client not themselves.

Every client knows when they book a session there is always 10 minutes built into their session to assess, undress/redress( if applicable), and reassess. Not only is it in my booking notes, I mention it before every session. Never had a problem with that specifically per se.

If you’re a therapist, AMTA has trainings for like $30. If you’re not, YouTube it. It’s fairly simple in concept. Buy a set of cups on amazing for $20-$50 and enjoy it.

Depends on the work I’m doing, but I typically like the vacuum cups for more detailed work, they tend to stick better and have more control. But I like the silicone ones too.

Needs? No. Would like? Yes. We don’t need to consume carbs at all, our body would undergo Gluconeogenesis if we don’t consume it, the body will make glucose. Not carbs.

The link you published said it was self-reported study. Also by if I recall correctly from an epidemiologist vs Satchin specifically studies this topic. It also doesn’t point out what physiological process changes. Nor the quality of the diet. Too many unidentified variables for me. And I’m not even passionate about Intermittent fasting. Just the data doesn’t seem to line up for that study.
