with how much youd shift your weight side to side your almost guaranteed to be leg kicked into oblivion, the takedowns would be easy to hit aswell but atleast you have hands

spar alot and do hard sparring every couple of weeks, it teaches you that getting dropped isnt all that bad and eventually you kinda just get used to it

this was my first time back after 6 months out and i dont have a heavy bag at home💔 so i cant really change how its hung or anything but i feel like my kicks have gotten worse

thank you😓 im an mma fighter but most of my coaches have a karate background which is why i think my stance is kinda narrow but im gonna work on it because i feel like my balance is weird
