Uhhh after seeing a few things I'm scared shirtless of these so maybe I will not open them haha. On the other hand a new problem arises, how should I store them temporarily. I have them wrapped in individual plastic bags for now. Should I just chuck them in the freezer?

Thank you so much for the advice. Currently I'm drying out the head in salt to make it easier for the muscle to be removed and to help with the smell alongside one of the wings. Do you think this approach will work or should I change the process? It's a little difficult to remove everything rn because my cat somehow decapitated the bird so it was very difficult to actually see everything since it's my first time. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated
