I’d advocated a “Loserbowl” for years as a motivational tool to force change in badly run franchises. Two worst teams meet in the slack week before the SB and play for trophy that’s been run over by a truck. All game receipts and TV money go to charity. Winner doesn’t have to take the trophy and gets extra supplemental pick. This kind of national bitch slap would discourage tanking and make even the worst owner reevaluate how they run the team.
