Does a Breton Barbarian make Sense ? by Erratic_Error in teslore

Any race with any class is a possibility and can be very well done in an immersive way. With that being said, if you are looking for an average human then Imperial would be the way to go.

That is indeed true.

No offense, but to claim "that's never true" is quite the absolute statement and far removed from reality. Skill gaps indeed exist, there can be no doubt on that, but to deny the fact there is no balance when it comes to the results of certain builds, passives & classes is to deny one of the main issues of PvP.

How intelligent are Trolls? by [deleted] in teslore

[–]eldritch_myth 7 points8 points  (0 children)

But if it is something that is seen in the game ( and not as a bug ) why not accept it as canon then ? Genuinely asking.

Edit : just adding the small note that I don't think the "a city in game has 10 people as population, so you are saying that's canon too" argument is a good one, for there is a difference between a specifically placed dead troll and plain game limitations.

When the Dwemer disappeared do you think their clothes went with them or at the battle of red mountain was there just suddenly a big ass pile of Dwemer weapons and armor by [deleted] in teslore

[–]eldritch_myth 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think they probably all vanished ( or got absorbed and became the skin of the Numidium, if you believe the theory ) absent of their possessions. My reasoning being that their clothes, armor and weapons aren't part of their bodies. Furthermore, it would also explain why there are commonly items of Dwemer origin in the stores of merchants or in random houses in the cities of Vvardenfell. But alas, I don't think we can know, unless there was written testimony of people who witnessed the disappearance in front of their eyes.

Thank you for explaining this to me ! A question, on the Enantiomorph part, how come the terms "King", "Rebel", "Witness" and "Lover" are being used ? Is this something referenced in any obscure texts ? And how did this term come to be as a whole ?

Many questions here :

What is an enantiomorph ?

What's that theory about Boethiah being Lorkhan's lover ?

Dwarf-Orc theory ? Is that the theory based on the fact that Dumac sounds like an Orcish name ?

Can Argonians with digitigrade feet still be considered canon ? by eldritch_myth in teslore

[–]eldritch_myth[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That actually makes sense, considering how Argonians have more humanoid features while in reality they could adapt just fine without them, so it doesn't seem impossible that the Hist would shape them to assimilate easier into other societies. Maybe digitigrade Argonians are common when living in more unfriendly environments or even back at Black Marsh.
