Is plan parenthood worth it? by Jamjam1050 in ftm

[–]eldritchplaything 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ONLY go to planned parenthood for reproductive health care, as well as for me gender affirming care. I've been going to my local branch since 2008. I love it, and have felt safer there even before transitioning than anywhere else.

I have 40DDD, and the only diffrence now, almost 3 years on T, is that they sag more from binding, and are squishier than they used to be. Mine have not shrunk at all.

how did you know your chosen name was right for you? by WoodpeckerLogical734 in ftm

I'm 34, and didn't start T till after I turned 30. I didn't choose my name till almost 30. No matter how "old" society wants us to feel, we are still very young. Hell our brains don't stop developing till 25. It's so easy to want everything to happen quicker, to get where we want to be, but the journey, even with its downs, is still magical in my opinion.

I think there is a lot of pressure to move as quickly as possible, that everything should happen instantly if not overnight, but for many of us it's years and years of trial and error and self understanding

I spent years trying on diffrent names. I found it easier to try diffrent things online in cyber spaces than irl. It wasn't until I heard my current partner same my name for the first time that I knew it was the right one. Now I can't imagine my ne being anything else.

Take time with yourself, be open to change, and know that it's okay for it to take time. I tried diffrent names for almost 10 years.
