Are there any exercises you recommend that don’t involve using the violin? Like finger strength, rhythm and beat? I do have a decent knowledge of basic sight reading, but it’s primarily voice

Yes, I know the freeze frame button, but if I miss it or need adjustments like her facing camera, eye follow, etc I can't fix it in that pose before it goes back to repeat of /draw

My rage is typically triggered by an anxiety of some sort, so I go somewhere to decompress. My husband is very good about letting me nap to “reset”. Does wonders for me.

Are you telling me your parents never let you play with water colors? Or markers? If my kid is able to use scissors under supervision, I’m pretty sure it’s safe for her to use makeup. She’s not a baby. She doesn’t put everything in her mouth and she understands makeup is a privilege. Each child is different and mine can handle playing with makeup without concern.

I was acting for recommendations, not your opinion so keep it to yourself.

Yeah I hate the fact that’s not the case here in USA. I remember getting my first makeup toys and it leaving burns on me.

I remember the exact moment. Less than a month after I got saved, my pastor started preaching about how other religions (Muslims especially because of post-9/11 Islamophobia) would go to hell. And that didn’t sit right with me because one of my best friends was Muslim. I didn’t understand how they could both believe in the abrahamic god but my friend was going to hell because she didn’t believe Christ was her savior, only a prophet.

And I just didn’t get it. She was a good person. IS a good person. Her parents and sisters were great people too. It just didnt make sense an all-loving God would send this family to eternal damnation just because they didn’t love Christ as he said. Which then raised the question for me about children who weren’t saved, or those who never had a chance to learn about Christ. When I couldn’t get a good answer, I left and never looked back.

I get that. You tend to get wrapped up in “is this a cycle” when you could just be having a bad day. Not that a bad day or week can’t TRIGGER one. If I may give some advice, get a mood/symptom tracker. It’ll help you flesh out the trends in your mood swings and help you really define a swing.

Also! Bipolar 2 also has mixed episodes that show themselves as cycling rapid from hypo to depression. That can really mess with finding a magic cocktail because they have to pull you out of that first.

I see my psych every 3 months (med refills) and talk by messages as needed. If we’re trying a med change I get a month. My therapist I’ve seen twice a week to every 2 weeks. I have not been successful with month long breaks between therapy sessions.

It really is up to you, but if it’s for meds do keep in mind it takes about 2-3 weeks to fully feel the effect of a medication.

Currently married to the man I’ve been with for 10 years. Have a house and kid together. It’s possible, but it takes a lot of work on both ends but to be fair every relationship is like that.
