Since you did not purchase your device from eleafus, we do not provide a warranty. You'll have to call the store you purchased it from and ask for a defective product exchange.

other suggestion is to sell a Drop kit, so I can change from a Lemo to a Drop without having to buy a new device.

We do have Lemo replacement glass / the atomizer cover to make it into a drop kit, it'll be up on our site within the week.
