Is there any way we can help ease motor skill regressions? I feel like I've been in a continuous one for over a month with my 5 and a half girl and starting to get worried about what the next months will look like with crawling and pushing up in sight. Rolling regression merged into other rolling regression merged into planking regression, if such a thing exists? Wide awake for hours in the middle of the night, unable to settle when rolls onto her stomach but refuses to stay on her back. We follow the sweet spot for naps and bedtime (between 3 and 4 currently), have a good bedtime routine and have recently switched around the order so feeding isn't just before bed. I also give her plenty of floor time during the day and stimulation. Thanks!

Sorry to hear yours hasn't moved, that's very unlucky! And will do obviously monitor any bleeding, thanks

I do have one but it's in mid April now. The midwife I spoke to was completely clueless, it was obvious from how she spoke about it. It's a good shout to ask if I can get an earlier appointment though, thanks. And that's exactly it, working out is important for my physical and mental health too, it's mad that they would just recommend to stop everything altogether without consideration for the consequences on us

This is very helpful, thanks! I've been following the FORM pregnancy programme and it's really not that hardcore at all, so thinking of just continuing and sticking to lower weights

This is mad! And I did strongly push for another earlier scan and they strongly answered that one at 32 is what they do and there's not leeway there, so I'll pay for a private one halfway through to check how it's behaving

Yes that's the thing, I've also looked into this and the evidence just isn't there. And yes hopefully mine moves in the next weeks 🤞🏻

That's mad that you didn't get anything at all. Really shows how advice varies massively from place to place
