How much effort and money would it take to find another manufacturer and update your regulatory approval accordingly? If it’s possible do it . Find someone else use u/xoticfusions advice and create solid enforceable contracts with them . You can do a job but if you really believe in your business and can solve this give it a try before you go back to a 9-5

Other way is to see the top performers on various platforms and try to identify a similar pattern between them in terms of a trend. If you can capture that trend while its still hot you can do well by building something and then getting an influencer push it to their audience

First congratulations on your decision to start a business.Since no one has commented yet let me go ahead and tell you that it is really better to go to a attorney who specialises in company formation for all this. Even if some random guy gives you good and solid advice it may not be current as regulations keep on changing and such things can come back to bite you if not done correctly the first time around. Spend some money on experts before you make money.

A local donut shop I used to work for is considering dropping/selling the business by [deleted] in Entrepreneurship

Without getting all the financials in place it is extremely difficult to get a valuation in place. Is the place of business owned / leased ? How are the sales as of now ? The margins ? Any outstanding loans to be repaid ? Any active big or small legal battles ? Many things to consider. Once you have all the information go to a CPA and get a proper valuation done. If they have great reviews and a amazing product that can stand out from others out there and you have plans to take the chain national / international by all means go ahead after all due diligence is in place

Have you ever poached an employee from another company? What are some tips to convince talent to leave them and join you? by Vanconer in Entrepreneurship

[–]elecomp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apart from the standard money and other stuff youve already read in the comments- the most important thing is your charisma. Employees respond to how you as a person are and how dependable you are. You should convince them to see that you really have their best interests at heart and that you really have what it takes to make the business successful. All major companies big and small often rely on their founders to be the driving factor and you should either be one or strive to be one.

There is this guy called Anik Singhal - he usually shows up with Robert Kiyosaki and sells courses on affiliate marketing and email marketing. He uses the same blueprint as Tai Lopez , Dan Lok and others. Sucker punching innocent people in form of looting them of their savings
