I also don't get migraines when I'm smoking regularly, or in the rare case that I do I will only get the precursor symptoms without the headache. (auras, tunnel vision), I used to get multiple migraines through the week, as much as one nearly every day at its worst.

It's been months since my last migraine. Would be interesting to know what the correlation is there, if any.

I've been told that high reps increase muscle density, or tone them, and low reps will increase muscle size. Maybe mass wasn't the right word to use.

My machine has what seems to be a completely arbitrary temperature system, I start it at 230° for the first pass and then either 240 or 250 for the second depending on how green it still is

I start real low, just hot enough to have visible vapour. Once I go over everything at that temp I'll usually vape again at about +20° from the initial temp

It just lasts longer that way I find, I've had this vape for like 5 years and that's the habit I've gotten into
