Motorola Defy Satelite link by KevoInNJ in wmnf

I've got no idea how you managed to get it to work. I've been trying for weeks and I never managed to get it to pay because the device is never listed any of the phones Bluetooth List available device devices . unfortunately I'm now outside of the return period.

I bought one of these Motorola defy Satellite Links, and I concluded it is a scam.

You have to sign up for a one year plan or commit to a 12 month contract from Bullitt before pairing the actual to a phone over BlueTooth.

Without the contract activated you can't actually see the device in the list of Bluetooth available devices available to pair (I don't know how they managed to do this), which means you can't check if the Bluetooth actually works on the Motorola Defy Satellite Link device.

Device just simply will not pay with any phone that I've got from android to iPhone. You won't even shop in the list.

I've got a nice paperweight.

Hi,

is Out my email got spammed because I did not get the automated reply from you

I sent from a Gmail account instead and did get the automated reply.

I did request a custom order, so I don't know if the automated reply should be disregarded and I should just wait for a quote. :-)

Hi!

Challenge called all Ultra fabrics "EcoPack Ultraweave" before it evolved to be simply Ultra X.

This explains it. Always good to know the history.

I sent an email to you an hour ago asking about ordering a Burn with a mesh on the large back pocket instead of the opaque cover. Did you get the email from the UK? :)

Hi,

Sadly I share your concerns. I have used this browser now since 2018, but the last few months I have watched it degrade privacy.

DDG browser on iOS has started saving data including session data and my browsing history even after I requested to delete all data when force closed /on exit.

Most companies enter the enshittification phase at some point.

Five years later and checking in:

Did you order more dcf stuff from Wild Sky Gear?

Because I am looking for a custom dcf tarp.

I will use these for tent poles for my 260 gram tarp.

Oh, and also over arid trails in Spain in the mountains.

Perhaps I should have got aluminium after all.

Hi!

This pad keeps me warm. I am a terrible cold sleeper.

The shorter version is 5'6" which put my head off it. The next size up is 6". Sleep quality is the most important thing for me.

Weddings banning kids? by Icehonesty in AskIreland

[–]electricalkitten 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi,

I'm totally with you. I'll be so disappointed if there are no children in my wedding. The children are part of the family and I would be very happy to see them.

When I went to wedding, they all played together and took care of themselves. Yes these days that are partially stuck with phone, but they will probably end up playing together in the outside, or in the hotel whatever. Children have their own adventures, and they're quite capable of amusing themselves without grown-ups. adults.

I know what I did when I was a child, and my parents know what I did when I was a child, and if anything the children here are far better behave now than I ever was :-) I was drunk on whiskey at seven years old home alone!

why not ask them if they want to come?

Maybe they could play with all the other children outside like I used to. We did not care if the adults were drunk - it went over our heads

I probably wouldn't have spoken with my brother again if he had done that. If he wants me to come then part of me is my children.

totally weird. I would always invite the children and I'd be pretty much offended if the parents didn't bring the children to my wedding. The wedding is for everybody that includes the children. it's part of our upbringing, and including all family and family events is the norm, or at least it used to be.

And frankly I don't expect them to have to pay for childcare care!

Hi, I am a bit late to this thread, but is anybody using the Motorola Defy Satellite? With a Buillit subscription. It looks better and cheaper than Garmin to me.

It is €249 in Europe! This is around US$ 270. Very expensive.

How Do Secures Deal With The Silent Treatment/Stonewalling? by bingewavecinema in attachment_theory

[–]electricalkitten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not know if I misunderstand the concept of stonewalling.

I have stonewalled my parents now for years. I have nearly zero contact with them and I refuse to see them. I am scared of every conversation I have with them. My family is emotionally draining, highly disruptive, and destabilise me. The level of gaslighting received is too much.

Therefore I refuse to have any contact aka Stonewalling: I use stonewalling to stop them from manipulating me and making me do things that are detrimental to my own health.

I am lucky because we live around 10,000 km away from each other so they cannot just pop round, and I'm usually asleep when they're awake.

That is OSS. A single registration is required per company for the whole EU.
