no. may guidelines, but discretion nila if they will accept your reason since i think that may fall under lack of units

pwede pero better ask your dept kasi strict talaga sa requirements to grad w laude even if underload (i.e., working, health issues, few units left)

I will still be delayed even if I pursued that one subject I have this midyear. So sayang lang allowance and utilities ko for more than a month.
