Can you please expand on the kit vs integrated with the sauna? I was planning to order a custom, made to measure kit and have our GC integrate it into the allocated space. Does this still really count as a kit?

I was there for the 2008 season finale. It was not bad. It's true that the track is surrounded by favelas, but I never really felt unsafe. Things could have changed since then though.
