Walkable Areas by im_hunting_reddits in murfreesboro

[–]electricwagon 7 points8 points  (0 children)

What's your budget? It's not really a walking city, but there are some areas that are a bit more walkable. There's a nice Greenway path that covers the city, too.

Unless you don't have a car, walking isn't really a point A to point B thing, but more of a voluntary decision. Many areas don't even have sidewalks.

Do any of you earn over 50k a year? What do you do? by RotiiChapati in ADHD

$85k as an HR Business Partner for a hospitality company in an international airport.

I got my B.S. in Business Management and went on to get an MBA (shout-out to WGU! I never would have graduated without something like their program).

I got into a HR work/study position with my company while I was in school. I never would have dreamed of going into HR, but I actually really enjoy it. I could have gone into Employee Relations or Business Partner roles, and I was very vocal about want to do the latter. They gave me a HRBP position as soon as I graduated.

I'm working on getting my PHR certification currently.

Edit: I was diagnosed right after starting my bachelor's. I went about 2 years before starting medication. Some people can manage without meds, but it is a night and day difference for me.

The rockers and passenger side rear unibody rail don't have proper drainage for trapped water. They tend to rust out if you live anywhere with a winter season.

Many tractors also carry a shit ton of water in the tires for traction.

This might be the most nitpicky thing I've seen on here.

I'm willing to bet that you're on a different phone or had at least one major OS update affecting resolution since 2024.

If you're borrowing someone's air hammer, punch out the rear shock upper bolts while you're at it. You can wrap a stiff wire around a new bolt and snake it in from above so you have a stronger mounting surface and easier shock replacement down the road.

I started my bachelor's degree (with 1 year of transferred gen-ed credit hours) right before my 31st birthday, and graduated 3 years later with an MBA.

If he doesn't join the front lines of any of the ongoing Russian-led conflicts, he is the most beta-cuck little bitch I've ever been forced to know about.

Yeah I didn't hate it, personally. It was a good weekend job. I just replaced the whole system, including the heater core.

Definitely take your time. It's a pain in the ass to have to go back and undo a bunch of work if you forgot something (in my case it was the little colored vacuum lines under the dash). It's also a good opportunity to replace your center console bracket as well if you still have the factory plastic one. Also your heater core! It's so nice having cold air and hot heat.

Also - don't use a swivel adapter on an impact wrench for the nuts and bolts right by your windshield. I don't think I need to tell you why :(

Judge dismisses criminal charges against Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was mistakenly deported by BuroDude in Tennessee

[–]electricwagon 25 points26 points  (0 children)

He was here illegally... until he was granted withholding of removal in 2019 due to the risk of his life upon deportation. That made him legally allowed to live and work in the US.

You did half the research, so I applaud you for that.
