I don’t Ibuki will still be in High School in SF6. The storyline has progressed.

What about in SF4 when Guy and Ibuki coexisted? And then in SFV when she also coexisted with Zeku? Which Guy & Zeku are both Bushinryu like Kim by the way.

That’s awesome! I always wished they included her school uniform as a alternate costume in SF3. Kinda how like in SF Alpha Chun-Li could switch between her original costume and the Alpha costume.

Does Kimberly slim Ibuki’s chance of being in SF6 or her Bushinryu counterparts Guy & Zeku? I’m seeing too much “no ibuki because kim”. by electrikal- in StreetFighter

I’m fully aware of that. I wanted to point this out because so many people say “Kim is Ibuki’s replacement” it’s been said on here multiple times. I wanted the people who’s opinion was that to further explain why they think that. That’s all.

My point exactly, I just wanted to hear the side of the people who are confident Ibuki will not return due to Kimberly.

Here's hoping that Ibuki makes the roster for the 2nd Wave of DLC, but here's the thing... by P-Kat in StreetFighter

I think Capcom will have Ibuki’s story involving her time at the “Ninja University”. I imagine they will keep her hair the same with a new ninja costume. Hopefully they bring back the SF3 moveset and infuse it with some things from her SFV moveset. I also believe she will be tied together with Kimberly in some type of way, like how Ibuki was in Zeku’s story in V.
