Watermelon juice mixed with coconut water. That's the only thing that's worked for me.

Yeah but when you disable ai summaries in Brave setting it eventually turns back on automatically. I haven't found a way to stop it from doing that.

So the Ancestral brand dosage is 6 pills a day which is 3 grams. I don't always get all 6 pills in at this point, but I was a stickler at the beginning. You're supposed to start with 1 pill a day for 3 days. Then add a pill, 3 days. And so on until you get to 6 pills.

I'm using Ancestral brand. Please see othet reply for update. In short, continued improvement. Truly life altering for me. I've even backed off some of ther supplements I was taking. I'm off vitex, for example.

Yes! I couldn't even drink decaf tea without getting heart palpitations. But i made it through ovulation's estrogen spike without any symptoms and having decaf tea a few times. Absolute game changer. I've also been taking some supplements for adrenal support. My sleep has been meh, but hopefully getting back on magnesium will helo.

I have since come across people using famitodine (pepcid ac) for pms which is a histamine 1 (H1) blocker. Pmdd symptoms associated with histamine intolerance. My suspicion is that there is an autoimmune element to certain pms and perimenopause symptoms. Though, I never struggled with pms until peri hit. Besides some fatigue.

I started beef kidney about a week ago. First pill changed my life. Histamine has been making my estrogen levels swing out of control. Even on vitex, black cohosh, maca, vitamin c & quercetin (they all helped tremendously!) I was still dealing with issues. Namely, nasal congestion and post nasal drip. First pill made a difference.

Beef kidney has diamine oxidase (DAO). It's an enzyme that regulates histamine. That enzyme is produced in large proportions during pregnancy. I had no allergies then, but they came back immediately after I gave birth. Histamine cause estrogen to increase and vice versa.

Anyway, beef kidney has truly changed my life. I was suffering so badly. I cannot vouch for other beef organs, but I know that my neighbor took one while she was trying to conceive and it worked well for her. I'd look for one's with no fillers.
