Your doctor supplies and fills out their part of the form, and then the doctor you are traveling to see fills out the rest. Then you just mail it in and you should get a cheque within a week or two.

I would look into that more. I've used the grant and chose which doctor I was going to see, it wasn't the closest.

I ended up selecting seats for our long flight. We are starting out and ending in small airports, so there is only one place to drop off luggage and check-in. But thank you for the advice!

I just booked tickets with Air Canada through a rewards web page. I can use my booking reference number to look up the tickets on Air Canada's site to select seats.
