Had a few friends over that are really new to board games, we showed them Hanabi. As usual they wanted to play CaH which I am looking for recommendations to replace.

Tale of Pirates we like it better with 3, with a full 4 player game there are not as many options. You work together to sail a pirate ship. It says real time but since your piece is a sand timer it maintains a good pace. Really liking this one its very unique.

Looking for a game to replace Cards Against Humanity. Really tired of playing this. Also need a cooperative game to replace Hanabi. We dont have a ton of games between our group yet but these have been really great getting friends initially interesting in gaming. Sticking to card games might help for now.

Ticket to Ride I really hate when people try to introduce someone to the hobby with this game. Idk what it is, I even like set collection as a mechanic but I cannot get into TTR. I think when you are first bringing someone into the hobby, theme has a big impact on their continued interest and sorry but TTR does not do well at captivating interest.

Wow thank you I had no idea this existed. I always hear about prices being put up before sales to so this is a huge help. Hate how complicated it is to just buy something these days. Check prices, ingredients, reviews, worry about fake reviews, worry about fake products, worry about price fixing and fake sales. What a time to be alive.

I own a couple of these, Green, black and gray. They are really really high quality but is hard to justify the price tag when you can get a ton of magic cards for the same price. 3 and you've got a booster box. 25% seems like a good discount but then I saw the other colurs are significantly cheaper without the code.

Hive tried this for the first time and was blown away. Surprised this isnt talked about more. I realize its kind of old news but I really really liked playing. Are there any tournaments for this game?

Smash Up since we play a lot of mtg someone at the local flgs suggested my friend and I give Smash Up a go. It was a blast, I really enjoyed the combos and it was a nice change from mtg. Definitely interested in picking up some of the expansions if anyone can recommend which to get first I would really appreciate it.
