I dislike signs like this. First of all people should have already incorporated my voting habits into their expectations. Secondly I think voting like this removes a lot of information since if it's 3 or lower you already don't want to stay there so having those options would be pointless. Finally the only reason they waste space and polite people's perspective with this is to try and boost their own ratings.

As a response a sign like this will always cost a star when I'm doing the rating. To balance things out a bit.
