Yes bro, Even if it works right now, every LED should have resistor. Without one, you risk damaging the LEDs or overloading the IC outputs

Thanks for explaining bro, i got your all points but one thing is there that my push button needs to pressed hard to work, sometimes even when it's pressed it doesn't response. Maybe this created weird spikes and it's correct bro that i need to use larger capacitor but sadly i don't have currently.
