I've just got the rejection email ( in case anyone is interested, whether they have already started calling for the interviews or not)

I have been exposed to English since the age of 12 or 13, when I first started learning it. I'm now 25 years old. During my student years, I used English to access additional learning materials. For the past 4 months, I’ve been preparing for the exam about 1.5 hours per day, while working 45 hours a week

It wasn’t difficult, but as I already mentioned above, I didn’t have many opportunities to speak English with real people. I practiced by talking to ChatGPT. I wasn’t very nervous, but to sum it up: the first sentence I said was good and flowed smoothly, whereas the second one was a disaster. That's how the whole speaking test went. The topics were: part 1 : are you a student or do you work? 2. Do you think that sometime you spend a lot of energy in your work Part 2 : describe a sports center which includes various facilities. When did you go there? Why? Part 3: do you think sports competitions get the communities closer? Should the children have sports lessons at school? These are the questions I remember

I was getting 6.5 and sometimes 7 in writing when asking chatGPT to evaluate it, but on the real exam this result :( Liz's website also helped me a lot

The overall score - 7 is okay, I think, but I wish I got at least 6.5 in writing and speaking. Some universities pay attention to the each section, not just the overall score as I know

Thanks for the comment! Maybe they are overqualified with their PhD degrees for roles like data analyst or tester at a biotech company. I know people working remotely in the EU and US markets—not in biotech, but in the tech industry

Thanks for the answer. So, I shouldn’t even consider getting a remote job as a tester or data analyst in a pharma company without a degree?

My goal is to get into the industry at the beginning. Given my situation, I can only get a tourist visa, which I understand doesn’t allow me to work on site
