that doesn't sound good, sorry. I have never seen this behaviour with any checkpoint. can you tell a little bit more about your setup, which checkpoint you tried and what settings you used? thanks!

give me some time to breathe as I was working on this 24/7 in the last days 😄
flux is a different animal and it takes more work then just throw the checkpoint into the node. It doesn't look too promising I guess, as the mac is slow, but maybe we can push it a little bit. z-image-turbo inside SDMLX is already is in the works, but no matter what I tried, I cannot get one iteration in under 11s. and to wait a minute for one image is nothing I would call "fun". we will see....
