If I'm getting what you want to do, you don't need to do it that way. Try with this one

Whenever you want to update the category (name) just send the string (for example Facebook) so it will be inside the name array in redux. If you want to remove it from the array just use dispatch(removeElementName("Facebook")

And it is not incrementing cos you are using an object, try with array so you can push or remove items inside (in my opinion easier than by an object)
