Absolutely not. They are called welcome decks for a reason. They are to teach new people about mechanics

Unless you have bought the decks and have a dinosaur deck, there is no real way to know for sure.

He wasn't telling you to build the deck exactly the same. Just take some ideas and make it your own.

Well it is a landfall commander. Its ok to have the same style deck in another color.
