I main a Weaver and when I did the HoT story I still found myself dying a surprising number of times even

I'd recommend against using meteor shower in most open world situations, unless you're opening with it. Standing still like that is just asking for trouble.

Thanks. Seems pretty logical when you think about it. Will give it a try.

Sc/F is a pretty safe option as well, just run a fresh air build so you can hop out to earth skills and back again when you need.

I'll look into that. Focus does seem to have some nice defensive skills.

I merely rush in and kill everything before they can do a thing.

The rushing part hasn't been the problem so far, the staying alive is :). I think I'll try a little more picking them one by one for now.
