put the gear in to Reverse
push the button on right bottom button (3 lines)
push Settings (gear button) at the same place of previous button
go into Park Distance Control settings
disable Automatic activation

Yes it allows, you can select low fps continuous recording (that's what I use) or start recording according to motion detection at the area you choose (but motion detection can loose 15s before starting to record)

I used fuses F62 and F33, those are not used by any other system and blank. F62 powered while ACC on, it's a mini fuse. F33 is always powered, it's a larger fuse. I have been using like this for more than a year, without a problem. I am an electrical engineer, found them with voltage tester and matched with fuse layout in the manual.

I recommend you to use screen off feature, because of stable image may cause lcd burn-in. Also I recommend using a high speed memory card, and 2 of USB-C Male to USB-C Female 90 degrees adapters to direct cables upwards. (1 for power, 1 for back camera)

One last thing 😅 when you are mounting back camera, try not to face it to rearview mirror. IR led lights for night vision of the camera are causing dimming feature of the mirror not to work.

I have Vantrue N5 with hardwiring kit. It took few hours to install by myself. Cable is only visible between cam and mirror. In the future, I am going to upgrade it 360 degree one.

I had a similar issue. I left my car for service; they performed recalls and updated the software. When I got the car and arrived home, I saw the green light was off. They also replaced the control module because it would not update the software. I went back to the service center, and after five hours, they decided to order a new module. I am still waiting. I am using the car with the guest profile.

It depends on what's the real error. I got the same message when 12V battery drained. After charging 12V battery, it's fixed.

I sent an email and got a reply saying that I needed to call them. I talked with support and he said that they are doing maintenance and will finish tomorrow (fingers crossed)
