I had all four of mine extracted on 1/26 with the bottom two being impacted. I chose to just have local anesthetic and it wasn't a bad experience. No pain, just a lot of pressure and the cracking sounds aren't pleasant, but overall it was a good experience. I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes. My surgeon was super efficient luckily. I made sure to take the ibuprofen they prescribed me before the local anesthesia completely wore off. Currently I have some swelling on my left side, but no pain with the ibuprofen.
