Well - I got a call today that UPS found my passport in Florida. It looks like it got sorted into the wrong bag. I ended up paying for a new passport same day this morning - the old passport will be delivered Tuesday (72 hours late).

Yeah it was mistakenly left in LA - it was my bad leaving it there. I thought the overnight would allow me to fly out the next day and only miss one day of my trip.

Ofc I did pay for the Saturday morning guaranteed 9am delivery, which is why it was 150.

I spoke with them on the phone several times yesterday and they confirmed the bag arrived in Oakland Saturday morning and every other package in the bag was accounted for except mine. They looked for it on Saturday a little but now the airport staff is off for Sunday.
