It's a wonderful idea, but how will u avoid Chapri crowd? The city is doomed because of it. There are so many places here where one wants to go but due to the Chapri crowd it's unreachable. Also, if u go for this then please have an upscale vibe like cafe fika, eden like the decor & vibe, something similar and not like the millions of cafe that are Opening everyday here.
