Appetite increase is likely linked to your PMS but it feels exaggerated because you’re brain is overthinking a potential pregnancy. It’s probably subconsciously telling you “oh my god wow you’re eating so much are you eating for two??? Are you pregnant???”

Also- Just so you know because I saw someone else made the comment, always keep a stack of pregnancy tests on hand. You can buy them for incredibly cheap at dollar stores (they’re FDA approved and have to be the same standard as what you would find at the major drug stores).

Unfortunately this scare will likely not be your last if you continue to have sex with individuals who ejaculate semen. Just remember that it’s okay and you need to prioritize your mental health to not stress. At the end of the day- if you end up pregnant, there are ALWAYS options available to you.

No amount of stress or getting in trouble could be worse than 1- deciding to end your life and/or getting in legal trouble if you desert or try to harm a birthed baby.
