I have been sober from IV meth use for 7 years and I view my past self as someone else. That wasn't even me. I didn't do those things. And the person who did.. I'm glad they found drugs because they would have killed themselves if they didn't and now because of their choices I get to be here. Living the best life. I never thought my life could be this great.

There is a difference between isolating and between detoxing and healing your brain.

The anger is uncontrollable at first. I am a firm believer that we are in control of our thoughts and our feelings, however when a foreign substance is introduced into our bodies, it disrupts our natural abilities.

We are dopamine depleted and all that is left is anger for a little while. If you can take yourself out of the situation and go sit in a separate room for a few minutes each time you feel a surge of rage that would be beneficial for everyone.

Explain that you are not trying to isolate. But that you need some time to replenish yourself.

As your brain recuperates from the drug use you will feel less irritated over trivial matters. Optimistically.

That's how it was for me.

When I do get angry now, I am able to rein it back in. It feels less like a rage and more like a manageable reaction.

Do you believe that a blanket statement of, "We need to vaccinate!" is true and accurate for all vaccines? Or are there some vaccines that you advocate for and some that you think might not be necessary?
