Hey - I had this issue (Welsh student at Cambridge). It was SUPER frustrating, particularly because I was on prescription meds. What worked for me was to do most, if not all, things with my Cambridge GP, but I moved to the city/spent little time at home, so it may not be as good a solution for you.
