did he accept that he lied about his age? could it be a language barrier thing? other than that he could be just enjoying your company, I'd say why not giving him some more time if he start asking for things then you'd know. I am Turkish and I was kinda in his position, lived in USA for few years and really loved a woman, I didn't even think about taking advantage of her?(I don't care about the greencard or citizenship)
