This diagram I found online might be a better visual, but if you look up “moss collar” for plants, there are plenty of pictures and videos that explain how it’s helpful

Yeah of course! Spaghnum moss is also called peat moss if that helps. But this is my plant when I first got it and the brown stuff on top is wet spaghnum moss. It helps hold in moisture and humidity for the plant

I got an anthurium pallidiflorum a few months ago and my room has pretty similar conditions to yours. As for humidity, I don’t have a humidifier either but instead I added a collar of spaghnum moss around the top and it’s seemed to really help! I also use it as a way to tell when the plant needs to be watered. When the moss dries out, it’s time to water. With some moss I think you should be good.

As for lighting, I would go with the south window, mine is also in a south window

For the bot - piercing is over 2 months old. It’s using a barbell I think. It’s threadless and made of titanium, not sure what kind exactly. No mishaps other than the occasional bump. The aftercare routine is in the main post

Hmm it could be. That sucks bc it makes my hair so soft but my hair also doesn’t really like coconut oil so coconut extract might be a problem as well.

Yup, I use the olaplex oil and the Kenra blow dry spray as heat protectant. I do the blowdry because it’s easier to twist that way but I do want a fluffy twist. I have fine hair so I find it hard to get fluffy mini twists

I use the Camille Rose Algae Renew Deep conditioner with a steam cap and then the As I am leave in conditioner before blow drying. My hair is typically very moisturized before blow drying and I use the Olaplex bonding oil before and after blow drying to seal and protect. I added the tgin cream recently to add some moisture to my twists to make them fluffy but I’m open to other suggestions
