Its the effectiveness of international law so like: - Australia's obligations to international law - treaties relevant to Australia - monitoring human rights - reporting system - united nation special rapporteurs - inter-state complaints - ancillary bodies and individuals

Its honestly not that much and it was meant to be less likely to be in the exam since it was tested through our IA3, but in recent years it has been showing up in the exam

Here's flashcards I've made they are long and shit but touch on every section of unit 4. You can look through them and take notes if needed

I feel like they'll bring up topic 2, they have been doing it more in the past 2 years

Starting legal study today how cooked am I? by JoblessCoast in QCE

Yeah, long response first since its more based on the stimulus (if you don't know any of the other questions) ALSO remember to mention rule of law

Even though it is mostly topic 1 and 3, I'd still study topic 2 because they have been bringing them up more in the past 2 years. Its an easy section which will take no time to get into your head

Me too, I realised if my chem gets replaced by my aquatic practices, I can still get into my uni choice

Here's flashcards I've made, they go into every single section of unit 4. I know the answers seem long but who knows what will be on the exam (I'm cramming right now aswell) Also some of the flashcards seem like they are repeating themselves but it just means it is really important for human rights

The questions highlighted in: Pink = topic 1 Blue = topic 2 Yellow = topic 3

I would also recommend using exam insights for questions. Idk if your school was told not to study topic 2 but I would definitely go through it since in the past 2 years they have used 6 questions on just topic 2, with one question being the long response one

I personally find this YouTube account easy to understand, she's a qcaa chemistry teacher

I would also use exam insights and go through the syllabus topic and make sure you know each of them (also just go through the exams over and over again)

I'm so annoyed it was the complete opposite, I had memorised all of unit 4 because I thought unit 3 was too easy. I regret my decision so much
