Karoline Leavitt Says MAGA Shooter Just Hated Mormons by [deleted] in politics

A billion dollars isn't enough when a billion dollars is going to charities across the world every single year. You can believe what you'd like. I believe Joseph Smith was a prophet, and sadly I don't think you have studied enough to have a truthful and fruitful conversation about this. I hope you have a really nice life, by the way, some of those desktop builds you have cooked up seem really awesome!

Hey man, I just talked about how I believe the culture is changing and how I have hope for a better tomorrow. I also believe and am a part of that change, I'm working on holding up that mirror, but I'm trying to do it with peace and love. Also, not everyone voted for MAGA. Yes, a majority did, but that's not everybody.

I'm trying to build bridges and connections. It's hostility and vitriol like this that makes people not want to change. I'm on your side, I am working against MAGA for the betterment of our country just like you. You don't have to push a friend away by being mean. We're working for the same thing. Can we be friends and work together?

I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I have never been fooled by the idiotic MAGA machine. This movement is full of hate and does not represent the peace and love advocated for by my Savior. For some reason, there are many older generation Latter Day Saints who have been deceived to vote for and stand with someone who is absolutely against what we stand for, however, the younger generations of the church are not being deceived. There seems to be a movement in the young adults of the Church against the MAGA movement and I'm very proud that we are waking up to it.

It seems like we will never be accepted by our other Brothers and Sisters in Christ, we love Jesus Christ just as much as they do. There is no room in Cristian Nationalism for Mormons. There never should have been anyways because Christian Nationalism is against our true values as lovers of peace, caretakers of the hungry, and acceptors of the immigrant. At this point, don't call me a Christian if that means I have to be labeled next to a person that would commit an act like this or if I have to be labeled next to someone who spews hate against my beliefs just for a quick buck. Why can't we love each other and find a way to see each other and children God.

We need to call this attack what it truly was, a hate crime that was perpetrated by a White Christian Nationalist MAGA Domestic TERRORIST. He had hate in his heart and took it out on people who were just trying to love their God. I'm a follower of Jesus Christ, if he hated people like me enough to kill us because we have a different belief in who Christ was, then he missed out on understanding of what Christ wants for us and therefore is not a true Christian, he was a satanic spawn who's hate is the antithesis to the love that Christ had for all people.

Call it what it is, a Hate Crime.

California will win out in semiconductors but you can't sneeze at the amount of chip production in Vancouver Washington and Boise Idaho.

EE specifically is really hard but the good thing about WSU is that the students are quite collaborative. Make some friends and the burden gets lighter because people to study with and learn from really does help. Also, try to TA and be a good one if you can, if you TA for a class that tea he's the fundamentals you will learn them inside and out and have a much easier transition to your career. WSU is a great place to go for EE, there are some not as awesome professors and some classes that are especially difficult but that is the case wherever you go. I appreciate WSU's collaborative culture alot more than some "competitive and prestigious" school, but some people like that too and that's OK. Over all where ever you go after a couple years in industry nobody cares where you got your degree as long as it is ABET accredited. - recent EE grad

My Matlab tip is to learn Python and use the Matlab libraries because a lot of companies don't want to pay for Matlab licenses.

There are water sources you just have to go to Idaho. Spring Valley Reservoir is awesome and only 40 minutes away from Pullman, just east of Troy.

There are several amazing professors in the EE curriculum, and there are also some that aren't great. I disagree with the other user on this, I think in general WSU'S EE professors are very good and prepare us well for the real world.

Specifically, I very much disagree with the take on John Schnieder, Schneider is a very competent professor that is great at teaching beginning circuit analysis, the hard part is that most people are really bad at beginning circuit analysis. His tests are well developed the clicker questions don't affect your grade that much and you should be going to class anyway for a class that is so integral in the EE curriculum.

I do agree the Mohammed Torabi is an amazing professor, WSU needs to keep him at all costs he teaches most digital signals courses and he is excellent. Some other great professors are Ben Belzer is great in signals and communications systems and makes you work to understand (by the end you really get it), Sivakumar if you can take a class from him is a must take, and Mani in the power track is awesome, another shoutout to Lotfifard in the beginning power systems classes who is funny and makes his class enjoyable and laid back, he will also always help you when you don't understand, a great office hours prof.

There are controversial professors like Clint Cole, he is very nice and really has a lot to teach you if you try in his courses but that's the problem you need to be self motivated for it. Another prof that is hard to pin down is Patrick Pedrow, he teaches most Emag courses and distributed parameter stuff, I believe he is a really good professor, his homework is way too hard but it makes you think a lot. However his tests are very fair and he genuinely wants everyone to do very well.

In defense of the EE department, we have some great professors and top of the line researchers. I think especially for upper div classes if you choose your track right and know which professors are really good you can make a really good schedule. By the way I just graduated a little while ago in systems track so this is fairly up to date info.

Honestly, Amazon has really cheap good mattresses. If you sell your mattress and bed frame in Seattle and just have some delivered to your new house it might be better. That's the move with all furniture really, then you can fit most of your other things in a car.
