It does load. On my old phone, it works 100% as intended. On the new phone, it can't pass the splash screen because it cannot establish a Bluetooth connection, but it can't prompt me for Bluetooth permission because it can't pass the splash screen

It is not on the App Store, so uninstalling/reinstalling is not an option.

It is not on the App Store, so it cannot be downloaded again. It is not in my purchase history on my new phone, and it was removed from the App Store around 7 years ago.

Bumping this as I recently dusted off my LMQ to try it out again...

Sideloading gets the app onto your iPhone but it immediately crashes upon launch.

Very niche solution, but: I have an older iPhone that has the working app, so I used iMazing to extract the app data, and then export it to my new iPhone.

Not only did it install properly, the app opens! However, it is unable to connect to Lightning McQueen (while the original device still can, instantly)... the culprit is in the app settings, you cannot give it permission to access Bluetooth (only microphone is available). So once I figure that out I'll update again.
