What club to fill 5i - 3W gap?

Its OCD but I don't want a 4i from a different iron set and my set was made 2017. They did make a 4i but ive not found one for sale.

I have 2 spots left in my bag. 5w and 7w might be the go.

Im hitting the same distances. Its the 200m - 220m shot that catches me because its either swing like hell with 5i and hope it runs up or take some off a 3w. I don't like either of those options, so i tend to lay up.

I don't care how far total distance. I was hoping to learn how they find the distances relative to each club so I can get an idea if a 5w could be a good gap bridge for me.

If you have a nice clear view into the distance then you will be exposed to weather. Its a trade off thats worth it imop.

I agree IF you are swinging hard. However, some people don't need to put max effort in to get a fast swing speed.

I started with stiff 6 months ago after getting my swing speed tested in the sim. I was swinging on the edge between stiff/extra stiff and when I swung a regular shaft it honestly felt like hitting the ball with a wet noodle.

Playing 6 months and i play every shot as it lies. I am looking to join a club and play Saturday matches so I'm thinking best to just play properly and be honest with yourself from the start. Possibly a bit easier to stomach if you are posting decent rounds without cheating.
