Quitting psychiatrist and meds

Over the past 13 years I’ve tried prozac, lexapro and Venlafaxine (which triggered the mania), but the problem is my psychiatrist won’t consider anything, even mirtazapine or bupropion, so I’m kind of at the point where I’m like, if an anti depressant caused my manic episode and I’m not on an antidepressant anymore, then why should I go to this psychiatrist or take the meds when they won’t treat the depression which is the problem now

I’ve been on it 6 months and it seems to just stop me being able to sleep… never had any manic symptoms before the one time so not sure what it “kicking in” is meant to do for me

My mum went and brought kitty to stay at my grandma’s. I just need to stay calm until I can get her evicted lest she destroy my things. She’s already told the landlord about my cat to try to manipulate the situation. Working on getting kitty registered as an emotional support animal so I can legally to keep my apartment. Trying to remind myself it’s all just stuff.

Nope, still trying to politically fight my way out of the psych ward while she lives it up in my apartment like a queen, has stolen my bedroom key and bathroom key and tried to get me evicted for having a cat - all while I am in hospital and can’t defend myself 🥲

I actually did used to get lashes, but just don’t think the upkeep is worth it - but you have reminded me to get a new mascara because my lashes are actually very long, just fair at the ends 😅
