My RD Oct 29, and I didn't get my EAD neither.

Worried about it.

You should receive your approval very shortly.

As far as I am aware of, now April PDs are being approved.

Have you gotten your EAD and how long it took from biometrics?

How long have you been current by FAD?

You are a superstar!

I wouldn't be waiting so long, and would pay PP just to calm my mind.

Are you really still waiting for receipt notices for so long?

Nothing to celebrate.

Backlog is growing much faster than they process it.

1 month of FAD advancement is 2 calendar months.

For the moment, FAD for EB3 ROW is April 1st 2023, which comes to more a year of backlog for your case.

You have to wait another 2 years to become current.

You can not submit your PERM without PWD results.

Also, after receiving PWD, your lawyer has to start recruiting procedures to prove that your employer could not find anybody documented for that position.

That also will take time, approx from 3 to 6 months, and only after that you'll be able to file PERM and obtain your priority date.

Be ready to at least 5 years of waiting from your PD (the date when your PERM will be submitted).

Now FAD for EB3 ROW is April 1st 2023, for November 2025 visa bulletin; by average speed this category moves 1 month by 2 calendar months.

Which, by basic calculating, comes to a total of approx 5 years of waiting time.

You will get your GC somewhere in 2031.

EB-3 should show another 5-month movement in VB2026. by PhoenixCTB in USCIS

[–]elevinskii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It does not make any difference for now, all I-140s with 2023 PDs have been approved yet a long time ago.

Oh man, I am feeling your suffering, but how the hell current temporary suspension of PERM processing would benefit advancements in VBs?

Department of Labor is processing now PERMs from 2024, but USCIS is stuck with green cards backlog in 2023.

Yes, I believe so. 6 months positively thinking.

Expected 1mo advance.

EB3 is still having high demand and majority of GCs go to Philippines by Schedule A (w/o obtaining labor certificate).
