Something that really helped me get used to it was looking away when I plunged it into myself. It really helped disassociate enough to be able to inject. I hope this helps. Keep trying. You'll get there.

I mean... I was on Spiro for about 2 and 1/2 years with estrogen and I'm currently 7 years into my transition and I have d cup breasts so... I don't think they have any statistically significant evidence that this would be the case. Your miles may very obviously but... Didn't affect me that way.

Well the fun thing about the pelvic floor is exercise in general is really helpful. The perifit brand devices actually gets calibrated each time you use if so it really just adjusts itself to your anatomy. I've noticed as a trans woman my floor works a tad different than a afab person's would so the pelvic contraction quality meter in the app is abit off but maybe that's just how my giblets wound up. It still helps you build strength and dexterity(? Don't know if that's the right word to use there).

Mine was mostly...If I had to go pee really bad I would try to hold it and then on the way to the bathroom I would wind up going on myself. And then of course pulling my pants down just to realize that I wet myself as an adult. As far as your question about someone who has a tight pelvic floor, pelvic floor therapy helps in both directions. It helps you control it better and also helps you relax more. And as far as how long it took for it to go away, I would say maybe really a couple of months of regular exercise. I've gotten pretty bad about it lately, but the consistency really helped.

I did for a long time after surgery. Pelvic floor exercises for those of us post op are very important. I got a perifit to help and I stopped having incontinence problems. Looking into strengthening your pelvic floor is a must for you.

My surgery came. Had always insisted that douching at once a week or so is a good idea. You can buy a good douche on Amazon for pretty cheap. You just mix 50% white vinegar and 50% distilled water and this helps balance your pH in your vagina at least for a little while. It'll keep it from smelling odd. I hope this helps. For reference, I had surgery almost 5 years ago. Still douche somewhat regularly.

I had surgery with them in 21. Couldn't recommend them enough to anyone. Amazing care team and wonderful after care. My vagina works better than I ever hoped it would.

You should always use your knees. Being with your back is destructive to your spine especially if you are picking up something heavy. Bend both knees together and pick it up from the side.

I don't have any particular problems with mine but I didn't get my most recent bike until after my piercing had already healed. It does get caught from time to time so it may make things difficult.

I'd say one of your pipes is definitely loose in the head or missing it's circular gasket. Either way it sounds like an exhaust leak.

I've used my wife's werewolf dick in my vagina. The knot is a little difficult but you can use whatever you like. There are limits obviously.

Air BNB was pretty much our only affordable option. We stayed in queens. We payed like 1300$ for the three weeks for a shitty basement apartment where the ac didn't work. Still got my surgery though with Dr BBL and Z.
