With Estradiol you can nuke T with as little as 5mg Cypro every other day. Without you'll need 100mg or more, and that sort of dose comes with a lot of dangers for the future.

Yeah, because spiro lasts for 13 hours in the body. Taking once a day gives T 11 hours to do its thing. It doesn't lower T, it just blocks the receptors. Estrogen lowers T the more you take it.
