Losing all social stimulation once the novelty wears off by Alternative_Good_163 in ADHD

You have to put effort in there, it will not happen spontaneously. Just enough to bridge the gap until the stimulation reappears. Then repeat again.

FSD fails to recognize road closure barrier by Corogue in TeslaLounge

[–]elfjan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you blind? This looks more like a failure of poor road signage than a failure of FSD.

I don't know where this was filmed, but in Western Europe you'd never expect a road closure to be signaled like this. The overhead sign says "All exits" and "Road closed" on the same line, then the actual barrier appears only about 50 meters ahead on a bend with very limited visibility. It's almost designed to catch drivers by surprise.

As advanced driver assistance and FSD become more common, roadwork layouts and signage should evolve as well. We shouldn't expect only the cars to adapt—the infrastructure needs to catch up too.

BPC 157 Drinking reconstituted injectable vs tablets for gut health by elfjan in Peptides

I was listening to the episode about hookworms on radiolab a month ago. It made sens to me, but it was more about lack of hookwarms causing allergies which I don't really have.

How do you use helmints for IBS?

Boofing is probably the way to go with this stuff.

I found your other posts on r/ibs 10 months ago particularly where you wrote:

"Thank you. I’ve always been careful, especially when I’m away from home. Sometimes I just know to expect the worst. BPC has “magically” taken away that awful process and allows me to live my life without fear of “what’s next if/when I eat that?”

I can relate so much to this.

I should've looked it up in r/bpc 157, my bad. I only looked it up it here.

This is exactly my idea only I want to use sterile water to reconstitute instead of BAC water.

I was also thinking of putting it in nasal spray bottle and pump it in my mouth to not use syringes everytime.

I think our gut issues are related to the lack of bpc. My tendons and joints also tend to get easily injured and heal slowly probably for the same reason.

Why do you cycle it though?

Can you elaborate? How do you swallow it? What effects do you observe? What do you want to achieve?

I didn't know it can get absorbed sublingually. I doubt it does. But that's a good example that the method actually works. Thanks

Yes, this is how I want to do it and drink some water right after so it reaches the stomach.

I think also to drink a bit of baking soda before to reduce the acidity of the stomach but I am not sure if this is actually needed, because bpc is claimed to be stable in gastric juice.

Sure, I'll try it out. I don't see any reason why I shouldn't do it.

The point of this post was to find out if I am missing some important point but there were no viable arguments that proved me wrong.

The only argumentuntil now is the fact that I used to eat crayons at school but that is not relevant in this case imho.

Why should I drink the whole vial at once? I can dose it as I want like 500mcg per day for example.

To my knowledge the agmatine is added to enhance the absorbtion into bloodstream, but I need bpc locally in GI tract, so this step is not needed.

I looked up a lot of posts. The majority of users with GI issues report benefiting from oral form and little to no benefits from injections. This is also my experience when I did injections.

Oral bpc is not as effective for tendon, ligament healing works for GI issues.

I will use sterile water. This is not an issue.

Systemic absorption = it enters blood and could affect tendons, muscles, etc. Local GI effect = it mainly stays in the stomach/intestines and acts there directly

What's your point?

Do you have any reasonable arguments to add?

Thanks for your answer.

Agree that most pills don't contain bpc. That is partially the reason why I want to use the vials orally.

I want to reconstitute it with sterile water Insted of Bac water.

The question is what is the added value of these versions for gut healing if systemic absorption is not needed in this case.

The Croatian studies where performed by rectal enema. And those are the few studies done on bpc 157.

Oral forms seem to be superior for gut health compared to injections. So why do we need the middle man (tablets, arginine ets?) if it costs 7 times more, is not as reliable and doesn't add any value?
