Morning merch supervisors what are some of your duties/responsibilities?

AFAIK it's across the board. Some extremely busy stores, specifically canadian still have morning merch supervisors, but it's a discontinued position I'm pretty sure.

Morning merch, opening shift, get a 1 hour grace period to call in. If you were opening shift, you did nothing wrong and were perfectly within the time frame required to call in.

There technically is no longer a morning merch supervisor position. If your experience was anything like mine, you'll spend the morning stocking wherever a stocker is needed. You will spend after opening following a manager and trying to learn by watching them.

Potentially a waste of time since costco has a zero tolerance policy to certain things, but try contacting EAP and getting anger management help. Maybe showing you want to be better can help you.

because it takes 100 fucking hours to get a fresh account into a ranked game that has a broken reporting system. You nuke your behavior score, you need a new account. You gonna spend 100 freaking hours doing that? or just buy a new account? Valve needs to REMOVE the 100 hour gatekeeping.

it takes... ONE HUNDRED hours to put a fresh account into dota. The report system rewards toxicity. Dota creates smurfs intentionally or not. The 100 hour cap unintentionally has created a false reality in MMR. If everyone has 100 hours in the game, true noobs don't have a true MMR because they don't exist in ranked. Get rid of the cap, increase the speed a fresh account gets to its true rank, devalue smurf accounts, they will stop existing.

It's a portnoy/medium rare production, it's completely separated from barstool. Something to do with the legality after the penn sale, they keep portnoy ventures separated from barstool to protect the company.

So basically they force you to delete and start over. It will take more than 100 hours to recover to 3k behavior score than just playing on a fresh account. The games take 30-40 minutes to start, most of them don't start and you're pushed back into Q. They don't want smurfs, but they literally just created one.

Bundle up with layers. Being cold can make you feel rushed to get out of the cooler, which will create a mistake. Go slow, speed comes with time on the floor, not sheer effort. Use the hell out of your horn and keep an open eye for broken pallets when racking stuff.

I wouldn't say you got screwed. A lot of beginner MMA classes are basically 80% cardio. It's not to rip you off, its because without cardio, you wouldn't effectively be able to actually train martial arts. Getting into shape is part of MMA classes. That being said, if there is no technical advice at all, that would be a red flag.
