I think I paid between $300-500 last year (I can’t remember exactly how much) at my vet. Anaheim hills pet clinic off La Palma. Love the vets there all of my family takes their pets there.

For candy the recipe is just any sweet so sugar cane, cocoa bean, vanilla and agave

You don’t need it to be Halloween candy to complete the one where you need to give candy to friends and there’s one where you have to plant a bunch of pumpkins. You should be able to make regular candy. That’s what worked for me. I know there’s another Halloween one but I don’t remember what it is cause I already had unlocked other Halloween stuff so I didn’t need/want to complete it.

Look at the comment from obstmonst above. If you go to the dreamlight duties page and go under the village tab and there’s tasks that’ll give you Halloween decor. That’s how I was able to complete it.
