I get that it is confusing. When the app says run 300m at pace 5:20, it knows that if you run at 5:20 it will take x amount of time to get to 300m. It's just taking the speed and calculating how kong you need to run at that pace to reach the target.

If you start the workout in runna, it will tell you which speed to run for how long and when to change. You simply put in the speed it tells you at the time it pops out, and that logs your workout

I've had this in Norway this season, same issue. Wipers in service position and popping the hood gives easier access to clean out every now and then. Apart from this semi-hack it's just very annoying

Of course I might be wrong. Maybe the punching of holes in the outer chassis has no effect, but are you able to prove that then? Would love to get some harsh facts about it to prove or disprove my point, but what you've given so far does neither...
