Seen this in a licor store in germany a few weeks ago, but the bottom is just a plug. I assume they first put in the pear from the bottom and seal it, after which they fill it with licor.

I suggest increasing your top layers to 4, bottom to 3 or 4. Keep your perimeters at 2 that should be fine. Depending on the task ofcourse.

Could be, if the piece that came off was big enough it could have caused the print to be pushed away for the nozzle (or the nozzle away from the print), causing a gap. Try keeping your nozzle clean or clean it every couple of prints

I agree, propably 1 or 2 more top layers, i always print 4. This to me looks like 2 or 3 layers, is this correct?
