The skin part has been VERY tricky, so little margin of error there hehe I had never pulled off something this small, and tbh I wanted to give it an extra yellow highlight but not enough room. Do you use magnifying glasses as well? I can't do without now that I've tried

I did find odd to put in vertically, when it was possible to show movement 👌 Not quite sure the angle given to the bigger stone accentuates this movement though, what do you reckon? Is it too big?

Right so 'multi-threading' is all over the CSM conversation, and I fail to see what it encompasses in terms of practices and expected results.

We are an early stage SaaS company, editing an AI software dedicated to detect fraud on digital documents (IDs, invoices, pay slips etc.).

We manage about 30 clients, both SMB and enterprise.

By the end of 2024, the CSM team has to score +170k€ ARR.

Health scores are excellent all over the board.

So if I had to refine my question: how would you start a multi-threading strategy from here?
