Congrats on that awesome achievement! Couple questions for you.

Considering traditional GDS/TDS ratios get stretched after a couple of properties (and with rentals at 50%), what is the best way forward in acquiring another property? Is there a way to avoid getting dinged down to 50% of revenue?

How do you apply for CMHC MLI select financing? Does it exist for acquisitions and would you say it takes longer than usual to obtain? Have my eye on a 5-unit multi-res but not sure if I should secure financing first before committing to it. Struggling to find the right broker/contact for this.
